From My profile you can exercise data portability and erasure with a single click.
Export
“Export my data” downloads a JSON file with your profile and, for each space, its accounts, transactions, budgets, debts, investments, assets, goals and net worth history.
Delete your account
“Delete account” asks for confirmation and permanently deletes the spaces you own along with all their data, your memberships, your profile and your user record. This action cannot be undone.
Before you delete
Export your data first, and if you share a space with someone who wants to keep it, transfer ownership or ask them to create their own.
Frequently asked questions
- What happens to my subscription when I delete my account?
- Also cancel your subscription from the billing portal to avoid renewals; deleting your account doesn't cancel it on its own.
- Can I recover my data afterwards?
- No. Deletion is permanent, which is why it's worth exporting first.
