Spaces, invitations and permissions
A space groups all the financial data for one area of your life. You can have a personal one and a household one, with the same modules and completely separate data.
Create and switch spaces
The switcher in the app header lets you create new spaces and switch between them. Each space has its own accounts, categories, budgets and subscription.
Invite someone else
In the space Settings you generate an invitation link. Once accepted, that person becomes a member with the role you assigned.
- Editor: can create and modify data
- Viewer: can only view
- The owner manages members, subscription and deletion
Revoke access
You can remove a member at any time; they immediately lose access to the space, and their data stays intact.
Frequently asked questions
- Can other members see my other spaces?
- No. Access is granted on a space-by-space basis.
- How many spaces can I have?
- It depends on your plan; you can check the details on the pricing page.
