Trial, plans and billing
Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial. Annual billing is equivalent to ten months' payment: two months free compared with paying monthly.
During the trial
You get unlimited use of the features in your chosen plan. When it ends, if you haven't activated a subscription, your data is kept and access is limited to the free plan's modules.
Changing plans or canceling
From the space's subscription screen you access the billing portal to change plans, update your payment method or cancel. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.
Invoices and refunds
Invoices are issued by our payment provider and arrive by email after each charge. Refund terms are detailed in the cancellation and refund policy.

- Do I need a card to try it?
- Not to start using netclariq; you're only asked for one when you decide to activate a subscription.
- Is the subscription per space or per person?
- Per space: members invited to a space with an active plan enjoy its features.
